A graduate from The Technological Institute of Textiles, Bhiwani, one of the oldest and prestigious institutes in India, Kishore Ladia, who founded the company in 1998, is determined to provide quality clothing for everyone. Under his leadership skills, the company thrived from being a small manufacturing unit to one of the most advanced manufacturing units in Punjab with the latest state-of-the-art technology.

Positive by nature, he believes in honesty and accountability in business and has in-depth knowledge of the knitwear industry. An ardent admirer of fast-paced companies like Reliance, Adani, and Aditya Birla, he aspires to take his company to that league in the years to come. An enthusiastic learner, Kishore Ladia hopes to master modern technology as he believes it would help him to work better and faster.  He loves to relax by going on walks, reading, and watching television.
